Papa Tells — Deletion of Personal Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to have all of your personal or your children's data used in our application and our partners' services (purchase payments, in-app ad views, etc.) deleted. Please keep in mind that should you decide to delete the data, the user account will be deleted and will not be restorable.

Instructions

Make sure to carefully read the instructions on how to request data deletion before you submit.

1. Open the application, click the logo button in the top right corner of the screen
2. Scroll to the bottom and click the compass/star icon at the end of the page
3. Copy debug information from the pop-up dialog by clicking the Copy link
4. Paste the information in the form below AS IS, including IDs and device information — we'll need it to locate your data in our database. If you've already deleted the app from your devices - put a note about that in the debug info field instead.
5. Provide a valid email we can use to contact you
