These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and the Company, concerning your access to and use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.
Your use of the App also signifies that you consent to our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://papatells.me/privacy-policy.
We may change these Terms at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. We will post the updated Terms with a new version number and effective date. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you continue to use the App after we post changes, you signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may add, change, or discontinue any feature or content of the App at any time, for any reason, and without notice. This includes adding, modifying, or removing stories and other content. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the App or its content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
This license is time-limited and tied to the duration of your active subscription or free access period. If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or is revoked, your license terminates immediately and you lose all access to premium content.

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and all content therein, including but not limited to source code, audio recordings, text, stories, illustrations, photographs, graphics, designs, user interface elements, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through these Terms. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
You may use the App without creating an account (anonymous access). If you choose to sign in, you represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Papa Tells is an educational audio story app designed for children ages 5–10. By allowing a child to use the App, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, or that you have been authorized by the parent or legal guardian to supervise the child's use of the App.

You assume full liability for any consequences arising from a child's use of the App without proper parental supervision.
The App offers both free and premium content. Premium content requires an active paid subscription.
All payments are processed by the respective Payment Providers. We do not store your full payment card details. Your use of the Payment Provider is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising between you and the Payment Provider.
All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to the respective Payment Provider's refund policies and are handled solely by the Payment Provider.
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Your right to use the App automatically terminates if you violate these Terms. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the App, including revoking your content license, for any reason, with or without notice, without any liability to you.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including but not limited to the license restrictions, intellectual property provisions, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and refund policy.
The App and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You agree that your use of the App will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
No oral or written information or advice given by us shall create a warranty. You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws that this agreement cannot change.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the one-month period preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, breach of these Terms, or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein.
We make no representation that any content of the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing the App from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the App from such locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia. Any disputes or claims that you may have against us will be resolved by the competent courts of Armenia, and you agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all previous written or oral agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
